    Circuit-style training that targets multiple muscle groups.

    A supportive women-only fitness environment focused on empowerment and accountability.

    Guided warm-up, workout circuits, and cool-down/stretch.

    Modifications for different fitness levels so beginners and experienced participants can join.

    A motivating atmosphere that encourages you to honor and strengthen your body.

    Please Bring:

    • Your own yoga mat

    • Water bottle

    • Comfortable workout clothes and sneakers

    • A positive mindset and readiness to move

    • Welcome + Intention Setting (5 minutes)
      Brief introduction, mindset focus, and overview of the workout.

    • Dynamic Warm-Up (10 minutes)
      Mobility and light cardio to prepare the body.

    • Circuit Training (30–35 minutes)
      Multiple HIIT-style stations including:

      • Strength training

      • Cardio bursts

      • Core-focused movements

      • Functional full-body exercises

    • Final Burnout Round (5 minutes)
      A quick challenge to push your endurance and strength.
