By participating in Power Hour classes, events, or services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk:
You understand that physical activity involves risks, including injury. You voluntarily choose to participate and accept full responsibility for your health and safety.

Liability Waiver:
You release and hold harmless Power Hour, its owner, and affiliates from any and all claims, injuries, or damages arising from your participation.

Health Responsibility:
You confirm that you are physically able to participate. You agree to consult a physician if needed and to inform us of any limitations or concerns.

No Refund Policy:
All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued. If you are unable to attend, tickets may be exchanged for a future class.

Photo & Media Release:
You grant permission for Power Hour to capture and use photos or videos of classes for promotional purposes (website, social media, marketing). No compensation will be provided.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify us in advance.
